Yes, thanks. I do not feel OK, but I will make it, I am sure, without relapse, of course!

Report from my trip.

First of all, THANK you very much for you energy!

It was hard for me but it was very important and positive day.

1. I went to see Dr. Bzduchova - angiologist.
She checked my veins on my legs visually. It was OK, I really do not feel any problems with that.
2. She sent me to her nurse to do the Doppler of my veins on my legs. It was OK.
3. She sent me for EKG. It was OK, only my pulse is to high as usually.
4. She also sent me for Echo - cardiogram of my heart. It was OK, I just have small prolaps, which means nothing.
5. She also sent me to Dr. Mistrik, who did the Doppler of my jugulars. He did not know anything about CCSVI. He had only little time to read notes from Dr. Simka, but it was not clear enough for him. As he noticed I know quite a lot, he asked me many questions. He was not negative. He "only" found the problem with my valve in my jugular vein.
6. I went to Dr. Bzduchova with all results. She asked me to inform her about my case, as she is very interested in it. She told me to go for CT - I told her I did twice, but I tis not possible to see the problem with that. I also told her I went for MRV with 1,5 Tesla MR, without SWI, again, there was nothing.

I did not have to pay anything. Of course, I am going to send them many information.
This "meeting" was very important as it is the best hospital in Slovakia.

So now, I am able to communicate with 3 most important hospitals in western part of Slovakia.
I am sure it will be very helpful for the other patients.

I just was so tired yesterday, I was not even able to turn on my laptop. I feel better now, but I need some rest.

So far, no news from Dr. Simka.

HOT NEWS! 8O

Rici had right now phone call from Dr. Simka.
Rici should be in hospital in Katowice on October 12th and his surgery will be on October 13th.
So, it is the FIRST patient of Dr. Simka.
I do not know any other details.
So I should move my ... and go to see a neurologist in my town to ask for MRI. I want to see my brain before and couple of months later after the OP.
I should be the second. It is still not sure as I do not have proper MRV done and we do not know where all my problems are.
I must also contact prof. Stvrtinova to get ready the papers for the health insurance company tomorrow.

I can not have any rest :(
I am afraid I will have rest on the operation table in Katowice 8O

A Slovak MS magazine has just asked me to write short story about CCSVI. How I started...
They have also asked the Slovak radiologist who is in contact with me and has the first blog on Slovak internet about CCSVI to write an article for them.
This is great.

Wow wow wowwwoooo... that is really wonderful! You have done incredible work with ccsvi - isn't it like a miracle what one human can do - to spread the idea, make things happen? It needs big HEART to make things happen, like Erika.

I will have MRI of my brain and spine on Oct. 27th as I want to have it before the treatment in Poland. It is only 33 km far from my town. I can make it by car.
I hope to have the surgery not many days after.

I only called a neurologist from my town. I gave her some information 3 weeks ago. She wants to help me a lot. She is positive about it. She has managed the MRI for me very fast.
Trust me, it is usually not that easy in Slovakia. I do not have to pay for it.

All I can say is wow, this is incredible. I guess now I'm getting very curious as to whether or not Dr Simka starts seeing azygous issues.
