hi all,

I'm in the process of gathering all the info needed from my neuro for my trip to Tokuda. Does anyone know... is a cd of the MRI needed? I've only asked for a photocopy of all the neuros notes/documents. Is that all we need?

I'm booked in for May 5! Yikes!!!

HI!
I was told to get my MS Epicrisis from my neuro. That's just my MS history. So I have that and I have my scans from False Creek but he didn't request that but I'm bringing them anyway. He'll be doing his own scans there anyway. Best of luck to you!!! I'm in for April 28th....leaving for Canada on the 5th, just when you are arriving.

Good luck everyone :)

My Email from Euromedic (Dr. Simka's Hospital)

Some time ago, I did receive notice from Euromedic in Poland regarding CCSVI and dates of April 21 and 22.

I was skeptical of the email because of the mentioning of a bank account to send the money to plus the cost of the procedure. I will post it here so that others can comment on whether it is legit or not.

Regardless of the set dates, I couldn't go anyway because I don't have a passport and I am not sure yet if I do have CCSVI.

I find out in Barrie, Ontario on April 15 at 10:45am whether or not I have stenosed veins.

Here is the Euromedic email:

I'm from Sweden and I go to Bulgaria on 27th of April. I'm looking forward to finally find out if I have some problem with my veins. I'm curious if someone of you are going to be there at the same time as me?
If you are it will be nice to know for fun. Maybe we meet there and we can change some expirience with each other.

I too an scheduled for Sept/Oct with no dates yet for testing/surgery -- it is very exciting and I can't wait to go. I have looked up information on the hospital and do not see problems with going to Bulgaria. I do however hope that nothing happens to delay this as I really want this surgery and feel from what I've experienced it would be a surprise not to have surgery. It will be helpful to review how everyone has done with their surgery there in the coming weeks and months.
