After angioplasty while waiting 3 hours to get released I was lying on one of them high tech beds that do everything except fly so I had it properly inclined (so I could work on my laptop) meaning not bent in the middle or with a wedge which have nothing to do with IBT other than give you a kink in your neck or back. I asked both a doc and a nurse if the jugulars were draining lying down even though the bed was inclined and they told me yes, but who knows I could tell on their raised eyebrows they thought it was an odd irelevant question. One thing is for sure, a wedge or multiple pillows is not IBT, but when the jugs are in operation could so easily be tested with a doppler except I don't have one, but that would be interesting to know for sure.

I'm not much different in the morning, unless I've stayed up too late. Worse, if Ive been drinking. Then I'm just tired and self-medicate with Advil and coffee. I have a severely stenosed rt jugular.

I'm so much worse in the mornings, that is the only time I have to use a cane. Every day. My stenosis is in my left jugular only.

Today I felt great after a full night's sleep. Unfortunately went back to sleep, slept in late, and felt crappy again. Normal pillow since Liberation. I have no idea.
