Results: The prevalence of MS as of 01.01.2024 was calculated as 137.83 per 100 thousand population (standardized indicator - 123.43). The average age of the patients with MS was 46.146±0.479 years. The ratio of men to women was 1:2.1. The incidence of MS from 2003 to 2023 shows a trend toward an increase (5.12±0.0662 to 7.71±0.0246 per 100 thousand population/year (p<0.05), which is mainly due to a significant increase in the proportion of women (6.56±0.1118 to 11.01±0.091 per 100 thousand population/year, p<0.05), but not men (p>0.05)...
