i'm just a caretaker (from germany) which stumbled upon CCSVI a few days ago. I just can't get it out of my mind, it's such a hopeful yet reasonable thing. And i'm happen to be a graphic designer. So at least this is a thread where I can help a little

I don't know what a CCSVI-Logo should exactly be about, but as long as it is about fundraising and spreading the word, I think it should:

- be easily comprehensible to everyone, esp. those not concerned with MS
- have an overall positive mood
- be not too ugly

So, that's what comes to my mind (very roughly done in a few minutes):



Don't know if the words are chosen right, it could be also:
- Brain + Blood = Life
- Brain + Veins = Gain
- Brains. Veins. Life!

or something else. (It's hard enough to do slogans in my native language
)

One handy thing is, this can be arranged in different ways for different uses:



Well, just my 2 (graphic) cents. Of course it's free, use it, share it, edit it... what ever you want. If you want the high-res/vector data, just pm me. Perhaps i find the time to do a more styled version within the next days. If you like it, that is.

I would be very glad if I could do something... I would stent myself all over if that would help anything to my beloved one (and anyone who suffers from MS).

But it's also quite roughly done. I'm not satisfied with the thumb, for example. Maybe there's a drawer who can make a better version or perhaps I find some time for it at the weekend.

Oh, I just opened this thread, and that is definitely IT -- the multicolored fist, with "Go for the jugular" -- then just put a short line with the website URL and you've got it done!

Make it clean and simple. A pure white shirt with as little on it as possible. People tend to put way too much on shirts and posters. With just a fantastic image, a perfect, memorable tagline, and the URL so people know where to go for all the info they will ever need, you have all the perfect T-shirt!

People would want it even if they didn't know anything at all about CCVSI!

Get it ready now and it would be a great holiday gift . . .

Wow cah, you're talented! I think I agree with bluesky that the fist with the red jugular/thumb would be great and "Go for the jugular" is the best slogan we have so far (I'm not much in favor of the "Push the trial" slogan because CCSVI is something that should be treated in its own right, while a subset of those who get treatment do so as part of a trial that than probably shows that it helps with MS).

That's what I meant in my first post: It's not very clear what the goal of this "marketing" is. To make a statement, "Go for the jugular" is really fine. But to be honest, a few days ago this sentence would have said absolutely nothing to me - and thus, it wouldn't have got my attention. (Jugular? Never heard of that band bevor... ) So I tried to look at it from the not-knowing resp. newbie perspective - which is quite easy for me as I am newbie

But hey, why bother? Think there could be more than one slogan.

No, that's not ok. This is what it's meant to!

The picture that someone weares a shirt with it on while having his/her liberation procedure or wearing it on street and getting just a single person curious about it is just huge for me.

If I put it in here it would blew your monitor It's big enough to make a poster. The jpg in here would make a very poor quality print.

But I want to make a better version of it, with a fist more raised than punching, as this would be more positive and confident rather than offensive, and with an improved illustration. But I haven't found the time yet, I'm sure I will get to it within the next few days.

One more thing. This logo and slogan isn't linked to MS, but when it's shown to public it should be.

Where and how can we put a (written) link to MS? An underline? My personal suggestion is that CCSVI is renamed to Multiple Stenosis, cause that just explains everything...
