PointsNorth, what improvements have you noticed?

Increased range of movement of my right arm and hand. I am reaching out with my right arm to handle things I have not handled in almost a year. Significant improvement in my fatigue. Bowel function much improved. Less spasticity yesterday when transferring to my scooter.

That's encouraging, I too have SPMS & have been taking 1000iu/kg since August last. I improved initially, but have returned to baseline. I'm going to take 1500iu/kg..

Do you know your PTH level?

Since increasing my dosage to 165Kiu in late February I now have better control over my bladder. I might also be slightly less spastic. No other improvements to speak of. Perhaps I will need to speak to the doctor about increasing my dosage even further?

it is important to follow swank diet (or any similar). it has to be followed VERY strictly. do you do it?
