edit: What I mean to say is how do these employers handle the pot smoking employees. Is there certain jobs that you are discriminated against because you smoke? even with a Dr's dx of ms.
Let me tell you how Florida is... I took a part time job welding in a concrete plant, had to get drug tested. Daughter works at the grocery store, she gets tested.... They are anal with it here 8O

I've been on Cesamet (Nabilone) for several months now. It works for the most part, but it's costly. Not nearly as costly as the Sativex that I was originally prescribed (that my insurance flat out refused to cover).

I do find that the Cesamet (synthetic THC, in capsules) isn't even close to as effective as rolling one up and smoking. Which I've also tried and which gave me days of relief afterward from the crushing head pain I have.

I'm glad I have these options available to me, but it's a damn shame that even with 90% coverage on Cesamet I'm still paying a lot out of pocket, so I skimp on doses, taking less on good days so I'm not using up so many expensive pills.
