I have flattening of both internal jugular veins and a slight narrowing of the asygoz vein.....they also found the two thyroid nodules...lol...
After Bulgaria I will hopefully be able to get scnned here - working with m Doctor (my gp, not the neuro). If not, I'll go to a private clinic to get a check up.....
How far along the ccsvi process are you?

Hey Village maid -
"GO-VOR-AY-TAY LEE AN-GLEE-SKI, BLA-GO-DA-RHEA" - Its a bit of a mouthful I'll have wet myself before Ive finished asking!! I go to Sofia next week with my hubby - YIKES! Cant believe its come around now. Keeping everything crossed! I read that you already know what's going on with your veins. I wish I was in that position as you could say Im going blind. That's more stressul than the procedure for me at the moment the just not knowing. Anyway I'll know soon!

BillTerry,
I'm confident you do not need a note or anything special for the airlines.
The most you would need to do (which I have done previously) is request "Special Assistance" (i.e. state you have a disability) at time of booking or right at checkin if you've already booked... This way they're a bit better prepped to accomodate you if you need things.
This allows you some more flexibility and priority for the flight... like boarding, transport from one gate to another, etc.
Hope this helps...
T.
