Insurance question for USA residence

i am going to Poland on March 23-24 for CCSVI (hooray). I am looking at travel/health insurance and i was wondering if anyone has done this already? I found some information from Google, but i thought i might ask the TIMS people first.
I am so excited. i don't want to mess anything up.
