Do I *like* these meds? Of course not. But am I satisfied with my decision to choose this med instead of others? Yes.

I *like* only having to take it 3 times a week instead of every other day or daily. I don't have the side effects that plague many others, and my disease doesn't seem to have progressed any since I started 6 years ago. But the injections are painful for me and I'm getting a little tired of that

Andie, like carolsue I have been on Rebif for many years. In that time I have had no major relapses, just monor short-lived issues now and then.

carolsue, I rarely find the injections painfull. Just how do you inject?

Given the choices? Yeah, I will stick with the Rebif. 3x a week and thats it. Also, since I have been on it I have had no relapses nor any side effects/

Same for me: don't like it but am satisfied with my choice as I've had no relapses and have no side effects after over 6 years on the drug.

Like the other respondees, I don't like that I have to take it, but I'm very grateful that it's worked.
10 years this year and no horrible flu-like side effects, just injection site marks. As I'm not (and never will be) an underwear model, this isn't a big issue for me.

oreo, it doesn't seem to matter how I inject but 9/10 times it hurts. and I do get the injection site reaction marks, but they don't hurt so I ignore them. I've read all the advice here and elsewhere. I do warm the syringe up to body temp first, and I think that lessens the pain, but it's still painful. sometimes I use the autoinjector, sometimes I do it manually. when I do it manually, I can control the pain by doing it really slowly, but it still hurts. Injecting the fleshiest part of my butt is the only time it doesn't hurt, but I have to rotate injection sites, so...
