Hi all! Well, I now join the ranks of the liberated and thank GOD!

The procedure was relatively painless, EXCEPT for the AP on my left IJV. That was killer- I won't lie to you people- but I found out later that my left IJV was severely stenosed near the clavicle.

I needed AP on both jugs and the azygous. The right jug was a minor AP and the asy wasn't bad either.

I will post images and stuff when I am back. They did say that they are booked through January now!

I know it is hard to wait, but the team in Albany really do take care of you. They do a great job and they know what they are doing!

Finally, guys, how do I feel? Well, I feel ALERT for sure. I could do my heel-to-toe walk almost gracefully only two hours after the procedure. As for everything else, we are going to take a wait and see attitude- but at least I know that I did something good for my body while here in Albany.

I quit smoking yesterday, too! Now to sip some coffee so that I don't become a real bear!!! LOL

Thank you, Albany, thank you TIMS friends, thank you God for allowing me to have this done.

Oh- sorry, it is still early!- I received three APs with no stents. My veins responded quite well to the angioplasty- even my severely stenosed left IJV.
