Can nsaids reduce numbness etc>

I know steroids can help reduce symptoms like numbness, can nsaids also have the same effect like advil?

They make me feel better in general but don't seem to have that much effect on the numbness. (careful with them though as they can cause stomach ulcers, take on full stomach and drink lots of water)
