Hubbard Foundation testing and treatment update 12/8/10 by Arlene Pellar Hubbard
Between IRB approval in June and mid-December we have treated 125 patients. Two patients required stents for veins that did not respond to ballooning during the procedure. Of the 125 patients, 79% report they
are improved. 6% have been retreated for restenosis. 1% report they
are worse and 17% report they are unchanged. We are recommending
re-evaluation and retreatment for anyone who is worse, or is unchanged
for more than 3-4 months.
