HI everyone,
My name is Bob. I am 47 years old and I was recently diagnosed by my ENT as having MS. I have an appointment with a neurologist next week. Based on what I have read about MS and my symptoms, his diagnosis is correct (or possibly Peripheral Neuropathy). My story is almost identical to HunnyBunny's and I have posted more info about my symptoms in that thread.

Some people (eg. jimmylegs) have mentioned certain vitamins (zinc, Omega 3? or 6?). I was wondering how much these have helped those people who are deficient in these?
My General Practicioner prescribed an antidepressent (Citalopram) before MS was suspected and I just started on it two days ago. Do antidepressents actually help. I do feel depressed since I was diagnosed I think it might be making my symptoms worse, but I am wondering if it will really help and I think it might be making me constipated, which isn't making the situation any better.[/url]
