Relocation to Oregon: neurologist?

Hi everyone,
I may be relocating to coastal Oregon. I know there are few neurologists on the coast and realize I may have to find a neurologist in either Portland, Eugene, Salem, Corvalis or ??
I was wondering if anyone here lives in Oregon and has a neurologist they like if you could PM me with that doctor's name and location.
I also need an endocrinologist & urologist. Moving to the Oregon coast is scary as I'll have to find all new doctors. A good neurologist is my main concern & I appreciate any help/advice as to where I might find the best neurologists in Oregon.
I have opted not to take DMDs any longer. I've had MS for 10 years and am secondary progressive. DMDs did nothing for me and I need a neurologist who is willing to allow me that choice. Fortunately my neurologist here is okay with me quitting DMDs and the only medication I take is for the nerve pain & muscle spasms. Some neuros would probably insist I take a DMD and I need one who understands it's my choice.
Thanks so much!
