Hello

Lately, I am experiencing something new which perhaps is not related to MS. Once I turn my neck to the right or even move my head, I experience a sought of hissing sound in my left ear like heartbeat for three or four pulses only. It is so clear that I can count very easily but these never exceed four. Further, it is always coupled with dizziness feeling. Can someone explain or have experienced this before. Please help .

I went through this for a while in both ears (I am talking about a couple of years)
I still get it sometimes now...its like a hiss but I can feel it too. It comes and goes when I move.
I have had issues with vertigo in the past and this seems to rear up in those times too.
