CAP and Gilenya?

Greetings,
I am wondering if anyone has any experience with being on both immunosuppresant MS medication and CAP, particularly in the first few months when improvements may not yet be apparent?
I have been on Gilenya (fingolimod) for about 15 months, but happened to start doxy for another issue and felt immediate improvement in my symptoms and disability. I believe that doxy is a strong immunomodulator, so it may be working alongside the Gilenya.
Still, I am pursuing the Wheldon protocol and am now on 200 mg of doxy and will start azithro soon. I am wondering how long I can also stay on the Gilenya, or should I try to wean off as soon as possible?
Is anyone doing CAP and either Gilenya or Tysabri?
Thanks so much for your input.
