Every time I look down I feel my spine going weird like its shaking. I also feel so tired I am in bed most of the day. I don't know what to do to make the symptom better.I had been feeling like that since xmas. I don't know if I should let my Neuro knows about it as what I understood there is no medication for MS. Please I am new with being diagnosed with MS. ANY ADVICE WILL HELP

Welcome to ThisIsMS, Olga. Since you have asked for "ANY ADVICE," I will offer you mine.
I think your physician should hear about every symptom and concern that you have. Take a written list of symptoms to your next appointment. He is the expert partner; it is his job to offer something to make the symptoms better.
MY suspicion is that excess insulin is responsible for most of my MS symptoms. Excess insulin causes insulin resistance in the cells and muscles – if you have insulin resistance, your cells and muscles cannot get the blood sugar they need for energy. This may be the reason you feel so tired. I urge you to request a "fasting blood insulin test" – NOT a glucose test (The glucose test is used to diagnose diabetes.) The insulin test indicates insulin resistance.
Since you mention that your symptoms began at Christmas time, perhaps eating holiday goodies caused your pancreas to produce excess insulin? Keep asking questions; questions will lead to answers.
