Resale of Walkaide devices

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has purchased a used resale Walkaide. The early info I am getting is that Hanger will not reprogram a Walkaide from the initial user to a second user. Has anyone found that to be true or untrue? If you purchased a used Walkaide what has been your experience with service, re-calibration and/or repairs? I am in the market to buy a Walkaide and would most certainly consider a used unit if Hanger will continue to provide regular client services that apparently comes with an original purchase. Appreciate all the input I can get. Thanks, Jim
