Balance disorders in MS - request for help

Hello, I'm a physiotherapy student and I carry out research about subjective assessment of balance in MS. I've got great request for you to take a minute and fill in my questionnaire. It won't take you much time and really helps me in my study. I'll be really grateful for your help :)
