CCSVI in healthy trial subjects

There as been a few trials now conducted where researchers have compared the narrowing of veins in patients diagnosed with MS and what they deem to be healthy individuals. These health individuals have been related and unrelated to patients. The testing criteria of either ultra sound/venoplasty or a combination of both was used to define their vein narrowing.
What I'm curious about is. Does anyone know or is aware of one of these so called healthy individuals who after receiving this vein narrowing diagnosis, went on to seek vein widening treatment. And if so did they receive any benefits or feel any different after treatment?
