Hair Tissue Test

I just got my results from the hair tissue test and think this test may be appropriate for sick people. The thing I am most concerned about is the toxic elements in the test. It gives a picture of the toxic elements in your blood over the last 3 months of hair growth. The blood test only gives a picture for a point in time. Both are just a picture of the blood and not of the bodies tissues. The last test was done by a different company and think they gave more information and I liked their report better. I have noticed the levels of these toxic elements have come down since the days when I was really sick. Does anyone else have experience with this test and maybe a better company doing the work? I noticed the last few test my magnesium level has been too high. Guess this has a lot to do with the large amount of greens I have been eating. Their recommendation is to cut back on the greens and the vitamin C. They think my Ca/Mg ratio is too low. I also show low on my Fe level. I currently feel good so not sure if I want to follow their advise. Anyone have any suggestions?
