Stomach fat stem cells are not pluripotent. I would also guess that the treatment does not include chemo or colony expansion, and hence I would question its effectiveness.
If I am correct in the above assumptions, you may be able to get the same treatment here in Australia (at Ingleburn in NSW) for around 5K.

I don't have the original link to the one in ingleburn, but there is a similar one in Liverpool:
http://www.macquariestemcells.com/
and they had a story on a tv current affairs program.

Just to be clear, I personally have strong doubts on the above treatments effectiveness for MS, and have not read any research for such. These guys are charging more, but the original place I found may have also increased its price.
Even better would be the possibility of entering the following trial, which is currently recruiting & has a wide acceptance criteria.

I couldn't find the ingleburn details, but while looking had some hits you maybe wish to explore further.

I think both the above are one in the same, and you may find the QLD treatment is also the same.
I called the other one I listed above, and they are actually also starting a second trial which is an extension of Dr Burts trial (they said they had him there a few weeks back and he is no longer accepting patients outside of his trial). It will be open label with 50-50 on a Tysabri comparison arm. The restriction I do not remember seeing on their info sheets is that you must have three failed DMD treatments (eg copaxane, rebif and Gylenya) and a recent MRI with enhancing lesions, to be included in the trial.
