MRI findings

I hope someone can help me here. I'll be brief. For 5 years have had history of chronic pain, mostly in my legs, decline in cognitive function (memory, spelling, etc.). Last year, I had a spell where my jaw felt like it locked up, severe stabbing pain. I thought it was a sinus infection or ear infection, but nothing there, was told it was trigeminal neuralgia. Then in October 2013, right side of my face felt like it went to sleep for about 2 months. Dr. said it was Bell's palsy and even though that numb sensation has gone away I still frequently get a light sensation of something touching the right side of my face for a few seconds and then goes away. In March, I started having "floaters" in one eye, all this stuff is on the right side, but it isn't a floater per se. It looks like a small water filled cone. This is ongoing. Also had my entire right leg "go to sleep." That lasted for a few days and I'm left with some numbness. Over the past 5 years though I have had worsening issues with balance and proprioception. I had MRIs yesterday of the brain and C-spine with and without contrast. The brain MRI said that there are 3 demyelinating lesions in the white matter (I forget where specifically) and one that appeared to be a gliosis, that were neither definitive of nor excluded MS, clinical correlation strongly advised. Now I have only seen this report from the MRI. I haven't spoken yet to my dr, which I will do on thursday. Have I essentially been diagnosed with MS?
