Hi folks
Has anyone heard of this protocol - or even considered it for their ms?

Thanks Scott. This is very interesting.
Can I ask why you take Coenzyme Q10 at night - I thought morning was best?

I think biochemistry (NO OHNOO) and retrovirology (HERV/cytomegalovirus) lie at the basis of many immune diseases and a whole lot more.
Traditional medical disciplines such as neurology and endocrinology become secondary.

Hi Jaded,
The reason I suggest at night looks at the purpose of sleep. When were are awake we are more likely to be pulling on our energy reserves and when we are asleep we are more likely to be building them up. If you start a motor with a flat battery it's harder to make it work so if we start exhausted and pull on our energy it should also be harder to get going. I have found the Q10 gives me a better effect if I have let it work for me whilst sleeping than trying to start each day with a flat battery. As I am inherently a bit vague its also easier to remember to take them at night.
