I suffer multiple sclerosis for more twelve years and I tested it on myself after many years that the vitamins produce in my MS exacerbation.

Therefore, I blame on my ms and my disability to vitamins;especially multivitamins & minerals and vitamin D.

I stopped eating vitamins (especially multivitamins & minerals and vitamin D) for more than a month ago and suddenly the ms exacerbation have stopped.

Most do well with vitamins, especially high doses of vitamin D, but I guess as in your case, not everyone. Glad you are feeling better!

i've caused accidental nutritional imbalances that had serious associated symptoms, but i wouldn't have called those symptoms an ms exacerbation. more like deficiency/excess/imbalance symptoms.

take my dysphagia. pretty standard ms symptom. but, when i only get it after vitamin D supplementation, and then am advised to take magnesium to correct for the D excess and the dysphagia goes away, that doesn't mean the typically ms symptom had anything at all to do with my ms.
