Bladder Problems as First Sign of MS?

Hi all. So i went to a urologist last may because I had been having urinary urge incontinence for a few months which eventually led to about three accidents in three months during the night which i would wake up during. This is graphic but once while using a vibrator on the external parts of the vagina I peed. The urologist put me on vesicare to relax my muscles and see if that worked. It did so i stopped taking it after about two months and had been fine for another five months. Then a few weeks ago I had a bed accident and woke up and then one the other day where I didn't wake up at all but i had been on a heavy dose of klonapin so i think that's why i didn't wake up.
Anyway, I went back to the urologist who sent me to the neurologist to rule out things like MS. I went to the neurologist yesterday and he did a physical exam and said everything was good and in the absence of any other MS symptoms that I am most likely totally fine but he's sending me for a plethora of MRIs and nerve tests next week. Is this how MS started for anyone? I am very scared because back when i first was experiencing this i did have a very low level of vitamin d (9) which i know can be associated with MS. I was also tested for Diabetes a while ago and that was fine so the bladder stuff isn't from that. Thanks so much!
