Dear All,
I am in mid-30, very healthy and no much health problems in the past and no addictions.
A year ago I was in a worm building and walked out outside which was very cold, windy and raining and the next day I start feeling the symptoms of partial face paralysis (Bell's palsy) on the right side of my face and stayed in hospital for few days and with some medications and helpful practices the muscles recovered quickly.

The doctors made several tests including, blood, urine, Neurological Diagnostic Tests, and MRI to find out what caused the Bell's palsy and they did not find much but they told me the MRI shows few unknown dots in my brain and they told me that they need to take some white flood from my spinal cord to check more, hence the procedure (putting long needle to spinal cord to get the sample) may have some risks I decided not to do it. At that time I concluded that may be the problem was because my body had conflict between hot and cold weather.

After months I start noticing a cold sensation on top of my head, tingling feeling , it does not heart but weird, I think I had that for long but this time it comes often mostly when I am stressed, I have also minor muscle twitches on my face, eyes, and sometimes on my arms.

Do you think I should be concerned? Anyone with similar problem or professional suggestion?

Thank you for your time.
Yon
