I don't have MS!?!?

I actually am not worried I have MS. The symptoms I have are so similar to MS, I was hoping to get input on what else it could be. I am 31, female, mother of 3, and pretty healthy. I do have an under active thyroid that has been fine w/ meds. For years, I have been have had many spells of fatigue. Some last days, while some last weeks. I will have other symptoms with the fatigue spells, but each spell is different. Sometimes, bad leg pain or dizziness, or even all over muscle pain like the flu. I have had my thyroid checked more than I'd like to admit. It always comes back fine. Skip to now: I feel awesome, but am terrified of having another spell. My last one was HORRIBLE! November and December, it lasted 6 or 7 weeks. My worst one ever! It started with headaches and fatigue. Quickly progressed severe blurred vision, frequent urination, and I wasn't dizzy, but a constant feeling of.... that feeling when you are swinging, then coming down. I'm sorry, I hope that makes sense. My arms also felt like they kept trying to fall asleep. I was so uncomfortable, that I was constantly hanging my head and rubbing it even though it didn't actually hurt. I went to the Doc and couldn't even think straight to get my sentences out. I think it was b/c I was just so uncomfortable, I couldn't think. Doc was worried, did blood work, CT, MRI on brain and they all came back normal. My B12 was normal as well. Anyways, these spells have been coming and going for years, but I am just recently recognizing the pattern. I live in fear of the next spell. I have 3 boys that I need to keep up with, and this last spell was so bad, I was on the couch for weeks. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
