I avoid milk now, that is now that i know i have MS. Before I knew, I was BIG on ice cream and milkshakes. I cant really say for absolute certain that i noticed it was doing me anything definitevely bad.

I also tried colustrum powder. I think when i upped the dose to twice what was recomended, i felt a little worse the next day. However, I am guessing this was due to the proteins and not the sugars. I also noticed I felt a little worse when I took high amounts of whey protein isolate.

Milk

By the way, full fat fortified milk carries Vitamin D (a fat soluble vitamin) better than skimmed milk.
