The main points (con) from the article:
* Drinking coffee overstimulates the Central Nervous System.
* Drinking coffee overstimulates the Central Nervous System.
* Drinking coffee can increase MS fatigue
* Drinking coffee can put more stress on liver
* Drinking coffee spikes blood sugar
I am not a coffee drinker so I have no idea or opinion one way or the other. Perhaps some coffee drinkers (or former coffee drinkers) can comment.
