Confused with results

I apologize that this is so long, but like many others on this section of the board, I'm here because I'm insanely frustrated and confused.

I'm a 29 year old female who has been to many drs lately for a variety of symptoms that have gotten worse over the past few years. The most notable include: extreme fatigue (i could literally go into a corner on the floor right now and fall asleep in two seconds), twitching in left eye for several years that has now moved to twitching in lower left side of face near my lips (eye dr found nothing wrong), numbness in right side of neck to right side of chest that comes and goes but only happened a few times, increased light sensitivity and occasional eye pain, legs always feel exhausted and crampy like i ran a marathon, occasional but extreme dizziness that has led to fainting, embarrassing memory problems, i can no longer look at anything scrolling/fast moving like a computer, phone, or tv without feeling dizzy, and i've had very infrequent bladder incontinence (i went to use the bathroom a few times over the past year and realized i had somehow 'leaked' into my underwear a good amount without realizing it) <--sorry, tmi.
Blood test/urinalysis: SED rate was slightly elevated, i kept running a low fever, and I had tests to rule out autoimmune diseases like Lupus. Urinalysis found numerous neutrophils and proteins but no UTI (they told me I wasn't drinking enough water). Drs thought, based on my symptoms: 1) nothing, 2) possibly lyme, 3) others said I need to take Xanax because it's all anxiety/stress, although I don't feel more stressed than usual, 4) fibromyalgia, 5) then, one said possibly but probably not MS, so I just got an MRI just to be safe.
MRI results are: Approx 3 punctate foci of T2/FLAIR hyper intensities within the subcortical white matter of the right cerebral hemisphere with are not specific.
the dr couldn't tell me what those MRI results really were caused from but not to worry. I have also been a migraine sufferer for much of my life and have it mostly under control when i take my prescribed meds on an as-needed basis. he said maybe the MRI findings could be from my migraines, but he really just didn't know.
MY QUESTIONS:
1. Can anyone explain to me what the above MRI results mean, and if I should be concerned? or if these results are more common than i think? dr said not to be concerned, but of course i am, especially bc I haven't been feeling well and have been having some weird things going on - which is WHY i got the mri.
2. How common is it for someone in their 20s to have MRI results like these?
3. How different are my results than someone who has MS? I know you have to have two different areas with lesions or something, but i'm pretty clueless.
4. How concerned should i be about the twitching in my face? it's really annoying, and has gone over time from my left eye down to my left lip/chin. luckily no one else has noticed it (or if they have, they haven't said anything), but i still find it to be a very bizarre thing to have going on. am i over reacting? do a lot of people get these twitches that don't go away? it's been going on for several years and has just recently moved down to my lip/chin.
5. What should my next steps be?! i feel like i've exhausted all options and am starting to think maybe this is somehow all in my head or something :-/
