After being on 4500IU of vitamin D for 5 months my blood level is up from 96 n/mol to 123 n/mol.
I cant remember where i saw it but there was a chart for optimal vitamin d blood levels were for people with an auto immune disease. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

I was taking 40,000 IU daily for a long time and now take 55,000 IU daily as of 1 month ago . My most recent blood work (about two months ago) showed my Vitamin D level in the 150 range.

Jimmylegs, not sure what scale it was but I believe the normal range was up to 100 on whatever the scale that was used.

k then that sounds like ng/ml not nmol/l. 374 something in nmol/L.

The 150 measurement is probably 150 nanograms.
A doctor in Brazil has gotten > 2,000 MS patients to 150 nanograms
>95% have been cured of MS (even MRI are cleaned up)
