My trike ride :-)

I ride
real fast.
The first half, I had the camera on my helmet. It pointed up most of the time. At the turn-around point there is a railroad bridge. Then Suzanne gets the helmet on top of her head on top of the giant Trek bicycle for the trip back.
All very fast at 12x speed.

I tried to watch the video in windows media player. I could hear the audio, but the video was black.

Nice trail - you Canadians are blessed with so many bike trails! We frequently drive up to Quebec to bike. My wife has difficulty walking, but can bike for hours.

Yup, wheels on bikes have centrifugal force, and keep you upright. My only problem was I stayed in the clips when I stopped, and fell right over. That was the last time I was allowed on a bike. But on my trike the chain fell off and I went backwards off a cliff and hit a culvert with my helmet at the bottom. I won't show you the picture. It was disgusting. Thank goodness my feet didn't stay clipped that time.
