Numbness and tingling in limbs...wondering

Hey all,

A few years ago, I went to the ER because I had multiple instances of numbness and tingling in my forearms/hands and lower legs/feet. They told me they couldn't identify anything wrong but that if it continued and my vision changed that I should be checked for MS. This has been dwelling in the back of my mind since then. I have noticed an increase in the numbness and tingling in the extremities and there is no specific thing that sets it off. Lately, my arms and hands will get tingly and numb when I'm chopping up food and they begin to feel pretty weak. I often get dizzy or lightheaded when I stand up or even when I'm sitting and not doing anything. I recently had an eye exam and there didn't seem to be anything wrong but I have weird things occur with my vision and I have no idea if they are abnormal or if other people experience them. I can "see my heartbeat", meaning that my vision will darken and lighten in time with my heartbeat (especially in the mornings). I also notice that when I'm looking at something bright or light in color (mainly white), the surface appears to move. I don't really know how to describe all of this. I'm just wondering if it would be worth it to get checked out. I'm a relatively healthy individual but I do have Celiac Disease.

Of course! What are you waiting for?
