Hi,
I didn't realise this was not a standard treatment in the US. I've had it in Australia and it really works. There is only one proviso. You must stretch and exercise. If you do nothing you have wasted your time.
Two things happen; a) the dendrites are disconnected from the muscle so it will relax and b) as it's not connected it feel weaker so you must exercise to restore it's function. When the new dendrite reconnects you need to have made the muscle longer so it's function is more normal.
It's not for everyone but it is very effective.
