So here I am with a BMI of 19. I guess I'm just lucky.

BMI is over rated as an analytical tool. It doesn't take into account muscle mass. I'm certain that there are some, if not many, athletes with a high BMI which is completely meaningless.

There are also TOFI people. TOFI = Thin on the outside, but fat on the inside. For example, people with high sugar diets that have excessive liver fat.
