Fatigue, Insomnia, Restlessness, Stomach Problems - MS?

I'm a 23 year old guy.
18 months ago I had a cold which passed normally, except a lingering mental and physical fatigue.
Reading, watching TV or walking tires me quickly now, although 20 minutes of rest makes me feel fine again.
Is this a normal kind of fatigue for MS?
Stimulants don't help.
Also I started having trouble sleeping but Melatonin works well for that.
The last couple of months I've started being too restless to lie down and relax, I just get fidgety.
Same thing when trying to watch TV.
I can only rest when doing simple but stimulating things like eating or showering.
I don't feel anxious otherwise.
I haven't been able to find anything about MS causing restlessness like that.
I've tried the calmness/anxiety supplements Lemon Balm and Inositol to no effect.
Also, if I do something slightly stressful, I feel stressed the whole day afterwards.
A couple of years ago my stomach started getting upset if I ate nuts or whole grains. Recently that has started happening with fruit
and vegetables as well. Not sure if this is related to the other stuff.
One day I woke up dizzy and had impaired balance for a couple of hours, I took a motion sickness pill and it went away and didn't come back.
I went to some doctors a year ago, nothing wrong with all kinds of tests including hormones, vitamins, minerals and an MRI.
I haven't been overworked or depressed.
No history of medical problems.
Does this sound anything like MS?
