Natalizumab, B cells and MS

Hi everyone,

We have posted a new research summary on our website. This is an easy to understand piece regarding a new paper that has been published, which looks at how certain cells of the immune system may be influenced by treatment with natalizumab (Tysabri). They have shown that these cells, called regulatory B cells, don't work as well under these conditions. This is important as it gives a potentially new target for more effective therapies and may also help provide some insight into how to prevent PML (a major potential risk associated with the use of Tysabri and other MS therapies).
