I take propranolol (small dose) for essential tremor that is believed to be related to my ms. Have taken it for years. It eliminates the tremor. Caffeine also increases the tremor so check the amount of caffeine you are consuming.

What dosage of the propanolol do you take? I found it efficacious, but I had to stop taking it as it cancelled out the benefits of the Ampyra I am on. Having better balance vs. reducing my tremor- isn't this a fun disease...
