LDN and Insomnia

Hi folks,
I oftentimes read about people's experience with LDN and insomnia is a problem generally related with it.
My brother is taking Melatonin 3 or 6 mg before bed to deal with it. It is helping him sleep better than before.
Furthermore, melatonin may benefit autoimmune disorders, depression, and cancer. An interesting article: http://articles.mercola.com/sites/artic ... tonin.aspx
Maybe it could help others.
