Body Symptoms

Hello folks,
More less since June 10th, till now i had some symptoms that could have a neurological underpining. I went to some doctors, talked to some of you guys, did an mri, and some blood tests.
Neurological exam was normal
Mri was normal (open mri)
the blood was normal (B12 vitamin level was ok).
Since then..some days i still have the tinglings..some aches all over body that last 2-3 secs. I think now i don't think so much about the symptoms but they are still here some of them. I'll talk about now: today i had all day left leg from knee to foot kinda tingling and numbness (on a scale from 0-10 like a 4).
So i'll dont be a pain in the ass describing things i'll resume:
Today Symptoms:
- Left leg numbness/tingling left side(doesnt affect motor activities). Sometimes i feel it on right side too..but its kinda switching the days.
- tingling on left side of face..like when i touch there the face i feel some tingling in the left cheek and under the eyes.
- right side kind of stifness in leg from knee to foot. Sometimes it switches and i feel it left side too, but rarely at the same time
- tingling on my upper back right side.
- left hand more dry and kinda vibration, little vibration.
- some stifness in right leg, on a scale of 0-10 like a 3/4.
I've read some stuff about PPMS..Tranverse Myelitis, and so on...i feel there's all this possibilities, and sometimes as if my body is kinda "cooking" something. Almost 2 months have passed and still dont know what this is. I don't stop doing anything, and keep work, walk, normal stuff. I think now i dont give these symptoms so much attention, but sometimes i remember and some of them are still there. Right know i dont have burning sensations or little needles feelings. For instance yesterday i was very occupied doing stuff and i didnt feel quite the tinglings, etc..was almost a normal day.
The Questions:
- Can MS have so many different symptoms in different body zones? legs, arms, shoulders, back, etc? both sides? Or is it more common just one symptom located in a body zone?
- Can this be symptoms of transverse myelitis? Lesions on the spine?
- PPMS can have onsets like these symptoms?
Neurological desieses and MS world can be overwhelming, with lots of info, diferent info..etc..
