So I received a copy of my MRI and I have some questions. If somebody could help me, I so lost right now.

Impression:

Mild nonspecific white matter disease, differential diagnostic considerations include chronic microvascular ischemia, demyelineation and migraine related changes.

Findings:

A few T2 hyperintensites are seen in frontal white matter of both cerebral hemispeers. these are nonspecific. white matter structures are unremarkable. No enhancement abnormality of the brain is seen following contrast.

Anybody can help me understand this results.

Thank you!

It means that you have some spots in your white matter, the myelin, that resemble lesions, but aren't specific to any one condition. The non-enhancing part means that they're old lesions and not currently active areas of demyelination. Your neurologist will have to integrate your symptoms along with your MRI images, radiologist's report and other test results to arrive at a diagnosis or at least the next stage of testing.
