Does gilenya stop pot from working?

I have found huge benefits from using pot for pain and I am about to switch to gilenya and I read that it stops cannabinoids from working. This worries me because the dr said the pill could cause pain which is exactly what pot helps me with. Anyone know anything? It's embarrassing to ask but I have to.

I've used cannabis while on Gilenya and when off of it, and I did not notice any different whatsoever. I also never had pain from the Gilenya. I wish you the best with your treatment.
