negative lumbar puncture

Hi, this may be the wrong forum for me as I have already had ME ruled out by my neurologist. I had a contrast MRI on my brain which showed inflamtion on several areas. I was told it was in the border line for me. So advised to have a lumbar puncture. Which came back normal. My neurologist said this ruled out ms and just wants to send me to pain clinic. I had back surgery 3 years ago. Which went well. The about 1 year ago started having tingling contanstantly in my legs. Made worse when I sit down. Nothing seems to touch the pain. I was diagnosed with restless leg syndrome (even though I can sleep through the night). The crawling buying sensation gets so bad that all i can do is lay down. I can walk for miles at a time but as soon as i stop the pain gets worse.am due for a scan of my back but have been told I show no signs in power in my legs. Over past few months I get severe cramping in my legs , which can turn into a hollow solid pain. The only thing I can do I breath through it. And they now last for 20 minutes at a time. I would just ask , does a negative lunar puncture time out ms ? Does anyone have any suggestins? I have had all the blood tests ,b12 . And I don't know how else to deal with this. I don't smoke, drink, am fit but have saved of total fatigue like 9am getting flu. Apologies again if I am wasting anyone's time .

Among "all the blood tests" you have had, what are the actual number results for the vitamin D blood test called "25-hydroxy D"? If you have not had the test, I suggest that you ask your GP to order it.
