Canadian CCSVI E-Petition to the Minister of Health

I found this announcement of a CCSVI e-petition for Canadian citizens to sign online when I googled CCSVI. Here's the link to the petition announcement, which includes a link to the petition itself. An excerpt from the announcement is below this link:
