Bioness Programming in Miami

Want to purchase Bioness L300Plus from a TIMS member who can no longer use..
Bioness refuses to support or sell pads/electrodes.
Does anyone know where I can get it updated and programmed in Miami?
Seems most Bioness distributors won't do it.
