Could minoxidil produce many symptoms like that of MS? I've been taking them every day for hair growth(started taking them in the Summer of 2015).

hair loss and ms can share certain nutritional components.

interesting dynamic described here:

Nutritional factors and hair loss
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1 ... 076.x/full
article emphasizes iron (ferritin) status as a key player

however, assertions re 'no evidence' of a role for zinc in hair loss may be overstated given
Reversal of Hair Loss following Vertical Gastroplasty when Treated with Zinc Sulphate (1996)
https://link.springer.com/article/10.13 ... 6765557295

either way, any issues should be handled first and foremost via diet. iron supplements deplete zinc and vice versa. not an issue in food sources; often foods will contain both. iron and zinc supplementation can be done safely if both are taken. because they compete with each other, levels come up more slowly than when either is taken alone. end of the day, it's the better approach - balance as usual being the key.

specific to your question:
b6 depletion with minoxidil use http://www.uofmhealth.org/health-library/hn-10000374

symptoms of b6 deficiency:

Clinical
-Many patients have other, additional nutritional deficiencies

Polyneuropathy
-Distal
-Symmetric
-Sensory > Motor
-Pain & Paresthesias
-Axonopathy

CNS
-Adults: Depression; Irritability; Confusion

Skin
-Pellagra-like rash

Diagnosis
-Erythrocyte glutamic pyruvate transaminase ± pyridoxine
-Measure tryptophan metabolites (xanthenuric acid) after tryptophan loading
-High serum & CSF pyruvate

Treatment
Dose: ≤ 50 mg/day
