Vitamins in Energy Drinks

Are the vitamins in energy drinks, like Monster and Red Bull, actually real vitamins? I've looked at some of the drinks' nutrition facts and vitamin b12 is included in them.

couldn't say, have never had such, and never will. i've never even had a gatorade. given labeling regs and as an energy drink it's reasonable to assume some are real, though the dose and form can be questioned.
