Struggling with a diagnosis, clear MRI

Hi folks, my story so far.
I had a sublamdibular gland taken out in March 2015 due to it containing a tumour.
It hadn't spread and seemed a minor op.
I struggled with the recovery and was off for a month. Infection and swelling in the web of my neck.
From that point on I've really suffered with sleep, gone from 5 hours a night to upto 20 hours a day.
Fatigue like I've never known, even after a marathon. Dizzyness, double vision, facial palsy in the same eye.
Loss of sensation in right leg and arm on the same side, pins and needles.
Pains and spasms in right leg
weakness or fatigue.
Bladder issues, loss of labido.
Short term memory is shot, I start a sentence and finish another.
Loss of vocabulary and train of thought.
Local doc sent me to hospital for investigation work.
I've had MRI which came back clear.
Balance clinic, nightmare.
Seen a specialist ENT, had ears tested, eyes tested, booked in for physio next week. Brain scan the week after.
MS is mentioned at most meetings but the clear MRI is fogging the situation.
Sound familiar to anyone?
